The Members Portal - Your Online Account
This is where Pershore & District u3a securely holds your account details. Logging into this Members Portal allows you to edit your personal information, download your membership card, and renew your membership every February / March.
If you have not registered with the Members Portal, click on the ‘How to Register’ button below for full instructions and the link to register. You will need to enter your membership number, postcode and email address to register. Your membership number is on the renewal email sent in February.
For those members who have already registered, you can click on the 'Members Portal login’ button to check that your details are up to date, edit your details if they are not up to date, download a membership card, and renew your subscription. You can also change your portal password here too. Instructions for all these actions are available on the 'Members Portal login' button below.

Monthly newsletter
Our own monthly newsletter details of our forthcoming monthly meetings, as well as highlighting one-off events and featuring news from our interest groups. The newsletter is delivered by e-mail, but for those without, a paper copy is posted out.

Our private Facebook group helps members to keep in touch with each other and share photos and videos. It is a CLOSED group, which means that only members of our u3a are allowed to join.
If you use Facebook, click the link above (or at the bottom of any page of this website) to get to Keep Connected – Pershore & District U3A. Once on our Facebook page, press the “Join” button.

The STAR group
We are always on the lookout for willing volunteers, so if you would like to get involved with the behind-the-scenes running of our u3a, do get in touch with any of the Committee members. Maybe you could join the STAR group (Small Tasks As Required) - contact Ingrid Social Secretary if you would like to join the STAR group.

u3a Member Discounts: Pershore u3a membership cards required
Some retail outlets have agreed to give discounts to our members, on proof of membership.
We issue a digital membership card on renewal. You can download and print this out, save it to your phone or photograph it using your phone. If you have lost it, you can download another at any time through the u3a Members Portal’’
- Rivers Leisure Centres (Pershore, Evesham, Droitwich) discount offered if members buy a £12 concessionary membership card.
- pay a reduced rate of £34.50 for monthly membership, with the concession card and on production of a valid u3a membership card
- Reduced fees on various pay-as-you-go activities, eg badminton, exercise classes, swimming.
- Blue Diamond Garden Centre at The Valley, Evesham offers a 10% discount in all departments (except The Apple Barn restaurant, gift vouchers or gas canisters) on production of a valid membership card.
- Bloomsbury Publishing offers a 30% discount on most books on their website to u3a members as part of a partnership with the national u3a organization. Use the code U3A30 at the checkout on the Bloomsbury website.

Website Photos - Photographs of our u3a activities have been included wherever possible on our website, as we feel this makes the site much more interesting and friendly. We have tried to make sure that the right permissions have been obtained from people who appear in photos, and from the those who own the copyright to images. If you have any problem with an image that appears on our website, please contact the Website Admin. we have also used some images from the u3a brand centre.
When Things Go Right When you have enjoyed a particular monthly meeting, love a particular group activity, made new friends etc, why not contact a member of the committee via the Contact page on the website, or post on the facebook page or write an article and send it to the Newsletter Editor!
If Things Go Wrong - from time to time, things happen that lead to members feeling that they have a grievance, or want to complain about something that has happened in our u3a. If you feel that you have a grievance or complaint that you want to raise, please contact any member of the Committee, who will make sure that the details are dealt with in a sensitive manner, according to the relevant policies and procedures.
