We are an enthusiastic group of keen gardeners meeting up on the 2nd Thursday of each month. During the Winter months, we meet in the Defford Village Hall, where we have talks and presentations from external gardening experts, horticulturalists, nursery owners, etc. Our Annual Meeting takes place in November, with a review of the year's activities, finances and a discussion of potential visits for the coming year.
For the Winter months of November, February and March, we meet in the Defford Village Hall.
From April until October, we go out on visits to various venues, mostly those listed in the NGS booklet.
No meeting in December.
In January, we have our post-Christmas lunch - venue decided by vote amongst members.
